Come on, its really all about me, I am Hilary after all. I am an artist by trade, turned baker extraordinaire. My love for creating with food started at a young age thanks to my mom sending me to a summer cooking school for kids. The cookies however, really started about ten years ago as a result of trying to impress various boyfriends. As impressive as my cookies were, they often fell into undeserving hands.

So, I decided to market my cookies to those who would not only appreciate, but actually pay for them. In January 2003, I packed up my cookies and drove out to L.A. After a few disheartening weeks, I met a celebrity event planner named Kara Keaney. We became instant friends and she was so impressed with the cookies that she hired me to bake for a couple of events. With no more events until fall I headed home to Chicago to continue my quest to take over the world, one cookie at a time.
